We do not pre-screen content before publication.

3. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are solely and fully responsible for any content you upload, post, share, or distribute on the Platform.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have full legal rights and permission to upload and distribute it
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, or other legal right
• The content does not violate any law in your jurisdiction or internationally

You agree that you are personally liable for any legal consequences resulting from your uploaded content.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, you may submit a written removal request including:

Upon receiving a valid request, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content and notify the uploader where appropriate.

We reserve the right to terminate repeat infringers. We do not assume liability for user-uploaded materials.

5. No Liability for User Content

The Platform does not verify authenticity or ownership of worksheets and does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or originality.

Under no circumstances shall the Platform owner, developer, employees, or affiliates be liable for copyright infringement by users, user misconduct, damages arising from use of uploaded content, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, or legal claims resulting from third-party content.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the website owner, developer, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, losses, or expenses arising out of your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any intellectual property dispute related to your content.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.

7. Content Removal Policy

We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content, suspend accounts, terminate users, and restrict access upon receiving a complaint, if we suspect legal violation, if content appears infringing, or for any reason or no reason.

We are under no obligation to restore removed content.

8. No Monitoring Obligation

We are not obligated to monitor user activity, pre-screen uploads, or investigate disputes between users. However, we may monitor activity if required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform owner and developer shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or legal claims by third parties.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed $0 or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee content accuracy, non-infringement, availability, security, or error-free operation. Users assume all risk.

11. User Conduct

Users may not upload content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, harmful software, violates privacy rights, is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful. Violation may result in permanent ban.

12. Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors.

13. Data and Privacy

We collect and process user data according to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party misuse of publicly shared content.

14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
